Today we are making beautiful Ojos de Dios! Ojos de Dios were created by the Huichol Native Americans. The center symbolizes the sun and the crossed sticks represent water, earth, air, and fire. Have fun!

Hey Cadettes! Today we will be making Andean Orange Cake! There are two versions: mug (easier, one serving, and less time consuming) and oven (challenging, whole cake, more time) Time: ~15 minutes (mug) or 1 hr 45 minutes (oven) Ingredients: Quinoa or White flour, Wheat flour, Cornstarch, Baking Powder, Milk, Orange, Sugar, Eggs (oven only), Raisins
